This is my second real attempt to lose weight. Several years ago I got down to a healthy weight, but over time put some of the weight back on. I’m now ready to lose it again. Today is the third of my WeightWatchers weigh-ins this go-round. This last week was quite hard due to a four-day weekend – those unstructured times are the worst! I’m hoping for a loss of any size today! One nice thing this time is that I have the support of my husband (I was single last time I did this), plus several friends from work are attending the samem WW meeting. It’s great to have someone to go to during the day when I’m feeling like I really want that Kit-Kat bar and get words of support instead of extra calories!
